Description
Beetroots are an excellent source of folate. They add great colour and sweet taste a dish. Both the leaves and beetroot are useful foods. To prepare the leave, trim from stalks and boil rapidly just like spinach. To prepare a beetroot, cook whole in boiling water, bake in the over or cook in microwave.
