Description
Large flat mushrooms. They are an excellent source of pantothenic acid; good source of niacin, riboflavin phosphorous and some folate. They also contain the B group vitamins and iron. Do not peel, use raw in salads or with dips. Slice, quarter, dice chop or leave whole then fry, grill, bake or microwave. Serve stuffed, or use in stuffing, soups, sauces and casseroles. Store up to 7 days, unwashed in a dry brown paper bag in the fridge.Place of origin
