This is what Barossa reds can be (in my humble opinion) with the old-vine Grenache giving liveliness and structure to the (16 month 80% French 20%American) matured Shiraz. Juicy, subtle tannin and pronounced flavours of liquorice and mulberry. A wine to enjoy now but would certainly develop complexity over the next 10 years. Food Tip: BBQ meat is a must.
